Your mission
- Management of compound libraries: Registering, processing, storing, and distributing dissolved and powdered substances to internal and external project teams.
- Sample logistics: Ensuring an end-to-end, fully traceable supply chain of chemicals, controls, and reference standards for biochemical, cell-based, and pharmacological assays.
- Assay development & optimization: Setting up, validating, and transferring enzymatic assays.
- Continuous improvement: Actively shaping new processes and optimizing existing workflows.
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a BTA, CTA, MTA (biological/chemical/medical laboratory technician) or a comparable qualification.
- Initial hands-on laboratory experience, ideally in both areas: compound management and/or assay development/screening.
- Strong attention to detail and quality, with the ability to work in a structured and independent manner.
- Team spirit, good communication skills, and willingness to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
