Your mission
- Independent planning, execution and evaluation of experiments
- Establishment and implementation of assays for antibody and antigen characterisation: ELISA, FACS, immunoblotting etc.
- Screening and selection of antibody candidates
- Cell culture, transfection and transformation of mammalian cell lines, primary cells and bacteria
- Cellular assays: proliferation, migration, apoptosis, immunological assays
- Molecular cloning of variable antibody domains
- Close collaboration with other groups and external partners to achieve common goals
- Documentation and presentation of research results

Your profile
- BTA/ MTA/ CTA/ ATA or similar with a background in cell biology, molecular biology and/or biochemistry
- Experience in antibody development and characterisation is an advantage
